Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

These are the most deeelicious cookies I have ever made. They are chocolate heaven. Easy to make and great from gift giving or when you want an extra special chocolate treat.

Ingredients
1/4 cup of butter
8 ozs of semi sweet chocolate chips

2 eggs
1/2 cup of white granulated sugar

1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt

Melt butter and chocolate. If using a microwave, use on level 5 power for 1:30 to 2 minutes - Cool to room temperature
Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy
Add cooled chocolate and butter to egg mixture, mix gently
Gradually add flour, baking powder and salt

Depending on how runny the mixture is, refrigerate to the consistency where you can form small balls.
