Almond Flour Muffins with Raspberries and Chocolate Chips

These delicious almond flour muffins are great for the Keto diet, diabetes or those with Gluten intolerance. They are simple to make and if they are not all eaten on the day, are great the next day for a nice treat.

Heat oven to 180/380 degrees

Ingredients:
2 heaped cups of almond flour
4 tablespoons of erythritol or stevia sachets
3 teaspoons of baking powder
3 tablespoons of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/8 pound of butter
1/2 cup of 10% cream or almond milk
1 heaped tablespoon of sour cream
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients together
Melt butter, add cream/almond milk, sour cream and egg

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients

Bake for 15/20 minutes.
Cool on a wire tray
