BBQ Beer Can Chicken

This is a recipe for a simple, delicious bbq'd chicken.

Empty 1/3 of the can of beer (you can use other liquids if you wish)
Place the chicken neck side down on top of the can. You can add garlic to the rim of the can if you wish.
Rub the chicken with seasoning.

Heat your bbq to at least 200/400 degrees, once hot, turn off the burner under where you are going to place your chicken. Roast for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Potatoes took approximately 35 minutes.
