Mirror – The Reflected Self / Museum Rietberg, Zürich

The exhibition Mirror – The Reflected Self (Spiegel – Der Mensch im Widerschein) at Museum Rietberg in Zürich (Switzerland) presents a comprehensive history of the mirror reaching back thousands of years. Curated by Albert Lutz the exhibition features artworks from museums and collections around the world, the show addresses themes such as self-awareness, vanity and wisdom, beauty, mysticism and magic, and, last but not least, the latest mirror craze in the form of the selfie.

The exhibition runs until September 22, 2019.
